Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales executive to drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing deals with corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering tailored business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Business Development

  • Identify and target potential corporate clients across various industries.
  • Track and attend relevant business events, networking meetups, and industry conferences to generate leads.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish strong relationships with decision-makers (CEOs, HR heads, CFOs, etc.).
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase our corporate services.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in corporate services, consulting, or any other service-related sales.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR, legal, accounting, and business advisory services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
