Job description

The Sales Representative will focus on trading vehicles within the Middle Eastern market, leveraging experience from DUCAMZ (Dubai Auto Zone) to maximize sales opportunities. This role requires deep knowledge of automotive re-export markets, GCC and Middle East trading regulations, and customer preferences. The candidate will be responsible for managing B2B and B2C sales cycles, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth vehicle transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Vehicle Trading & Sales Execution:

  1. Utilize first-hand experience at DUCAMZ to identify and engage with active vehicle traders, exporters, and fleet buyers.
  2. Manage the full sales cycle for vehicle transactions, from lead generation to closing deals.
  3. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and export documentation to facilitate smooth transactions.
  4. Handle bulk deals, fleet sales, and re-export transactions across the Middle East, Africa, and CIS countries.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:

  1. Identify and cultivate relationships with wholesalers, resellers, and fleet operators.
  2. Provide expert consultation to customers on vehicle specifications, import/export regulations, and logistics.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with key clients and DUCAMZ-based traders to drive repeat business.
  4. Offer tailored financing and payment options to customers based on market conditions.
  5. Keep up to date with Middle East automotive trading trends, demand fluctuations, and pricing variations.
  6. Identify high-potential buyers and new markets for vehicle exports and re-exports.
  7. Monitor competitor pricing, market shifts, and DUCAMZ-based wholesale transactions.
  8. Generate new leads through industry networking, online platforms, and trade events.

Operational & Documentation Compliance:

  1. Ensure proper vehicle documentation, invoicing, and customs compliance for export transactions.
  2. Work closely with logistics and procurement teams to ensure smooth deliveries.
  3. Assist buyers with export and shipping procedures, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

Performance Reporting & Strategy Alignment:

  1. Track monthly sales performance, conversion rates, and market trends.
  2. Provide regular reports on market movements, inventory needs, and customer feedback.
  3. Collaborate with the procurement team to align stock with market demand.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in DUCAMZ and Middle East Vehicle Trading is must. Proven success in selling and exporting vehicles within Dubai Auto Zone and surrounding markets.
  • Arabic Fluency – Ability to negotiate, build trust, and close deals with Arabic-speaking customers and traders.
  • Automotive Industry Knowledge – Strong understanding of vehicle specifications, import/export regulations, and regional pricing strategies.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closing Skills – Ability to structure profitable deals and manage high-value transactions.
  • Network & Relationships – Established contacts in the Middle Eastern auto trade industry, including re-exporters, fleet buyers, and dealers.
  • Adaptability & Problem-Solving – Quick thinking to navigate market fluctuations and customer demands.
