Develop and execute a sales strategy to promote CivitBUILD ERP solutions for construction companies in the UAE & in GCC in accordance with the goals of the company.
Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through networking, industry events, and direct outreach.
Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and consultations to potential clients.
Understand customer needs and recommend ERP solutions that align with their business processes.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service with clients, and work on the pricing strategy based on local conditions.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the construction sector, engaging with key decision makers and influencers of target accounts.
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management.
Build and manage the sales team.
Build and manage channel partners.
Provide inputs to the marketing team to improve the market reach of Civit Solutions.
Validate information gathered by the sales team and qualify leads for closures.
Own up sales discovery.
Make presentations whenever required on corporate and products.
Manage pipeline and help close qualified leads for him/herself as well as the sales team.
Manage all activities and outcomes in CRM within the stipulated time frame.
Successfully create the benchmarked brand perception in sync with marketing leadership.
