Job Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a deep understanding of the company's products or services, market dynamics, and effective sales strategies. Responsibilities:

1. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
2. Identify customer needs and provide solutions using thorough knowledge of product offerings.
3. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
4. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
5. Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
6. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the sales manager.
7. Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on customer interactions and market trends.
8. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and events to represent the company and attract new customers.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the same industry.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong customer focus and ability to build rapport quickly.
5. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
7. Valid driver's license may be required for field-based roles.
