Job description

We are hiring dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our engineering consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the engineering consulting sector.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  3. Understand client needs and propose tailored engineering solutions to meet their requirements.
  4. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  5. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless project handover and client satisfaction.
  6. Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  2. Strong understanding of the engineering or construction industry is a plus.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  5. Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.
