Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE market
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
- Promote and sell our business setup services, banking solutions, payroll & visa services, and compliance consultancy
- Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and business regulations in the UAE
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (preferably in business consulting, financial services, or banking)
- Prior experience in banking is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong ability to generate and close leads independently
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive sales approach
- Knowledge of UAE business regulations, company formation, and banking procedures is a plus
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
