Job Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales opportunities in the designated region.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Present and promote Premier Paints products to potential customers, ensuring clear communication of product features and benefits.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the market and competitor offerings to stay ahead in the industry.
Attend meetings, exhibitions, and events to represent Premier Paints.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and problem resolution.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support product promotions.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in automotive paints, retail, or related industries.
Automotive paints shop sales/retail experience is a must.
Age below 35 years.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
