Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities in the designated region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Present and promote Premier Paints products to potential customers, ensuring clear communication of product features and benefits.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the market and competitor offerings to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Attend meetings, exhibitions, and events to represent Premier Paints.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and problem resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support product promotions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in automotive paints, retail, or related industries.
  • Automotive paints shop sales/retail experience is a must.
  • Age below 35 years.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
