We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive. This role involves maintaining a healthy sales pipeline by prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting initial meetings with prospects to understand their needs, and collaborating with the sales team to develop effective strategies.
A Day in the Life
Prospect and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and other lead-generation techniques.
Take initial meetings with the prospect, to discover their needs, challenges, and key opportunities.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Increase brand awareness by representing Innovaccer at conferences, trade fairs, and networking events.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and partners.
Educate potential clients on the benefits of Innovaccer solutions.
Conduct discovery/assessments to understand client needs and work with GS to provide solutions accordingly.
Product Knowledge and Presentation
Stay updated on Innovaccer products, industry trends, and market demands.
Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients showcasing the value of Innovaccer solutions.
Customize proposals based on client requirements and present proposals effectively.
Work with the Inside sales team to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, prospects, and client interactions in Salesforce.
Provide regular sales reports to Sales leadership, detailing progress toward goals and areas for improvement.
What You Need
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of professional experience including experience in management.
Consulting/Sales/Go-To-Market in technology/software/SAAS company.
Ability to prioritize, structure, and solve problems.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
