Sales & Events Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Design event plan and assist operations team on special events and parties.
2. Direct selling products and service packages to the clients.
3. Manage escape games and game host in control room.
4. Prepare game props and daily checklist on all the game rooms including minor technical issues.
5. Support and work closely with the operations team on daily operations: rentals, add-on supplies.
6. Resolve guest problems quickly, efficiently & courteously.
7. Answer phone calls and maintain booking procedure.
8. Attend all internal & external emails and reply.
9. Reconfirm all the Paintball bookings.
10. Follow up for the advance payment against the booking.
11. Attend online chats in various platforms with customers.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and event planning, preferably in the hospitality or corporate sector.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus to cater to diverse clientele.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively present and pitch services.
• Creativity and problem-solving skills to design unique event experiences that leave a lasting impact.
