Candidates in UAE only please apply!!Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed targets in power transmission products.
- Business Development: Build relationships with key decision-makers and develop segment-wise sales strategies.
- Sales Planning: Plan sales for unrepresented areas, OEMs, and end-users.
- Key Account Management: Drive sales for industries like paper, cement, rolling, and sugar plants.
- Strategic Planning: Create and execute annual sales plans; drive business for new products.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competition and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Technical Presentations: Showcase product capabilities through presentations and demos.
- Collaboration: Work with engineering teams to meet client specifications.
- Industry Awareness: Stay updated with trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare actionable reports and analysis.
- Client Feedback: Provide insights for product enhancement and development.
Qualifications- Mechanical Engineering degree with 1-2 years of sales experience in Power Transmission products (couplings, pulleys, belts, gearboxes). UAE/GCC experience preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge, communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Willing to travel and must have a valid driving license.
