Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Engineer to join our team at Bayan Medical Company and support the sales efforts of our ENT surgery equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven ability to drive sales growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Manages and coordinates the activities of Sales Engineers focused on promoting and selling medical equipment.
  2. Recommends changes to current sales techniques to improve sales performance and drive better results.
  3. Provide expert knowledge and technical support on neurosurgery products.
  4. Implements sales program aimed at driving revenue growth and increasing market share.
  5. Develop, implement, and monitor of annual sales forecast to ensure alignment with the business goals.
  6. Sell a full product line of offerings, maintain accurate customer information, and handle other related customer support requirements.
  7. Delivers exceptional and professional customer service to both new and existing customers.
  8. Identifies and targets potential customers, generating leads for sales equipment.
