Responsible for combining technical expertise with sales skills to drive business growth.
Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements, offering customized solutions that meet those needs.
Preparing and delivering technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to negotiating contracts and closing deals.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and production teams to ensure the proposed solutions are feasible and meet customer specifications.
Provide after-sales support, helping with installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance if necessary, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services.
Track sales performance, provide regular reports to management, and stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry innovations to remain competitive.
Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for additional services.
Provide technical support to clients, assist in product demonstrations, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful project implementation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related technical field.
Proven experience (typically 5-8 years) in a marketing role, preferably within the marine, maritime, or similar industries.
Strong knowledge of shipbuilding and ship repair.
Age: 25 yrs to 40 yrs.

Compensation: AED 8,000 to 12,000 + Incentives + standard benefits.
