Job Responsibilities:
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers to showcase the benefits and features of HVAC products like AHU's/FAHU's/FCU's/Chillers/VRF/Ducted Split/Package Units/Ecology Units/Pumps/VAV's/Duct Heaters/Valves/Fans etc.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HVAC market.
Provide technical support and expertise to customers during the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers/influencers/MEP Contractors/MEP Consultants/Clients within the industry with regular visits.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies in order to effectively position and differentiate our HVAC products.
Able to do product selections, prepare accurate proposals/quotes for customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and installation of HVAC products for customers.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers on the proper use and maintenance of HVAC products.
Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback and insights from customers to drive product improvement and innovation.
Achieve sales targets and objectives, consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals.
Perform site surveys and assist the customer with design solutions tailored for their requirements.
Review Client documents for Scope of Work, Terms and Conditions, key Contract dates.
Compile and submit the Proposal document according to Tender requirements/design.
Develop queries to access information & maintain Pricing database.
Attend all new project kick-off meetings both with internal and external customers. Coordinate project teams, meetings, and manage timelines to ensure that project work is delivered on time.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously ensuring that all sales and project activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Communicate difficult or sensitive information to all project stakeholders tactfully and resolve or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, close sales deals, securing contracts, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Educational background in engineering or related field.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and products.
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the HVAC/MEP industry.
Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in HVAC product sales.
Certifications or qualifications related to HVAC systems and products.
Experience working with architects, engineers, and contractors.
Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
Ability to work under minimum supervision.
