Job Description:

Euro Systems is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our range of products to potential clients in outdoor settings. As an Outdoor Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing expert product knowledge to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients in outdoor environments.
• Present and promote Euro Systems' products and solutions to architects, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Possess a deep understanding of Euro Systems' product portfolio, including interior and exterior shades, acoustic ceiling systems, aluminum and glazing, and passive fire protection products.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM software.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
