Identify and target potential clients in the data centre industry, cooling & HVAC.
Develop strategies for new business and expand the customer base in the data center.
Set up annual sales targets based on past trends, current and forecasted business opportunities in consultation with the Line Manager and work to achieve the same.
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
Serve as the main point of contact for all client communications and ensure a positive client experience.
Present and promote products, solutions, and services tailored to the data centre sector.
Monitor account performance, sales forecasts, and market trends. Prepare regular reports on account status, sales activities, and achievements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and operations, to meet client needs effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile
Engineering Graduate with at least 3-5 years’ experience in relevant industry.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
