Develop sales for aftermarket products and services (Spares, consumables, repairs, refurbishment jobs, operation and maintenance contracts). Retain existing clients and develop new customers.

Specific Duties/responsibilities
- Maintain regular communication and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Research and identify potential clients for spares, consumables and aftermarket services (Repairs and refurbishment jobs, Annual maintenance contracts and Operation and Maintenance contracts).
- Work with the Sales Manager and Marketing Manager to execute campaigns and promote the sales.
- Generate opportunities and enquiries leading to an increasing pipeline.
- Achieve agreed sales and profit targets.
- Provide weekly reports on potential sales, market information, clients and leads.
- Promptly and professionally respond to all enquiries/service requests and complaints.
- Close sales with clients, in line with approved margin and pricing policy.
- Liaise with the Projects, Production & Service Manager to ensure delivery commitments related to materials and services are correct and in line with the requirements of the customers.
- Collect feedback from clients on customer satisfaction levels and take appropriate action.
- Analyse trends, performance and drive improvements and growth in this segment.
- Follow up with all clients to ensure client satisfaction on products and service quality and prompt payment of accounts receivables.
- Prepare maintenance reports and submit to the clients periodically as required.
- Obtain and analyze client feedback and promptly act upon any dissatisfaction to initiate preventive action to resolve the complaint.
General

- Work within the IMS system.
- Complete all required documentation as per ISO procedures.
- Any other duties as may be agreed from time to time with Sales Manager.
Supervisory Responsibility & Communications
Works in close coordination with service engineers and technicians to deliver excellent customer service.
Supervision
Reports to the Sales Manager – After markets.
Works in a variety of environments from environmentally controlled offices to client offices and sites. There will be frequent local travel.

Desired Candidate Profile
3-8 years sales experience in aftermarket services within high value industrial equipment/machinery/technical products in offshore/marine/oil & gas industry.
Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Engineering) from an accredited university.
