About this Position As a Sales Engineer – Adhesives & Waterproofing, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing key accounts, acquiring new customers, and providing technical solutions to meet customer needs. You will play a critical role in executing Henkel’s sales strategy, ensuring that our adhesive and waterproofing solutions reach the right customers in the construction and industrial sectors.
What you´ll do
Execute local sales plans (short-, mid-, and long-term) in line with the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) strategy to maintain and develop existing customers while acquiring new ones.
Manage and execute the customer roadmap, ensuring sales growth opportunities are identified and closed using CRM tools (ACE).
Implement pricing strategies and actions to achieve business targets.
Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
Provide market intelligence, including customer needs, business trends, and competitive insights, to management.
Collaborate with Technical Customer Service (TCS) to conduct line trials, resolve customer inquiries, and address complaints effectively.
Drive KP OSG (Key Performance Organic Sales Growth) and Profit Contribution (PC%) in the assigned territory or defined accounts.
