Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and engage potential clients in construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Promote fire & blast protection systems to consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Generate leads, prepare quotations, and achieve sales targets.
Client Management:
- Build strong client relationships and provide technical support.
- Conduct meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations to secure orders.
Project Coordination:
- Work with technical teams to understand project requirements.
- Ensure seamless execution and handover with project teams.
Market & Strategy:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide insights to enhance sales strategies.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Maintain sales records and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with policies and handle contract documentation.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales within the fire protection or construction industry.
- Strong technical understanding and client management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools.
