Sales Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in water and wastewater treatment processes, coupled with exceptional sales acumen. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales growth while providing tailored solutions to meet our clients' water treatment needs. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the water treatment sector.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence in the UAE.
3. Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on our water and wastewater treatment solutions.
4. Prepare, send out and follow up quotations with technical support, commercial negotiations until sale close out as per company sales procedure.
5. Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to tailor solutions to clients' specific requirements.
6. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively and efficiently.
7. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to achieve sales targets.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes affecting the water treatment sector.
9. Forecast and achieve annual sales target.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering.
2. Minimum Experience: 3 - 5 years' experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment Processes & Equipment Sales.
3. Strong technical understanding of water treatment processes and technologies.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence clients.
5. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and strong negotiation skills.
6. Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
7. Fluency in English, Hindi and knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not required.
