Sales Engineer

Location: Sharjah - UAE (DL required)

Employment Type: Full-time

Overview:

The Sales Engineer will focus on field sales and lead generation. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional who can build relationships with contractors, architects, designers, and developers while understanding the engineering aspects of our products. The Sales Engineer will work closely with the existing sales team, supporting business development efforts, conducting meetings, site visits, and securing new projects across various emirates.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development & Lead Generation – Identify and approach contractors, architects, and developers, visit sites, attend trade shows, and secure B2B partnerships.
  2. Sales Expansion – Grow sales in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ajman, building strong relationships with decision-makers.
  3. Technical Consultation – Present Econic Clay benefits, assist clients with material selection, and provide technical support.
  4. Sales Target & Execution – Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, prepare quotations and proposals, and coordinate sales processes with the internal team.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  1. Engineering degree (Civil, Architectural, or Mechanical).
  2. 2+ years in technical sales (cladding, tiles, or building materials preferred).
  3. Strong business development and negotiation skills.
  4. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
  5. Proficient in Google Workspace, CRM tools (Pipedrive & Zoho One), and Microsoft Office.
