Builds and manages long-term customer relationships/partnerships and responsible for customer satisfaction through executing the sales process.
Seeks out, qualifies, and closes new sales opportunities, with a specific focus on new business growth.
Provide technical support and training to clients, ensuring they are well-informed about product features and benefits.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
Generating inquiries through market visits to contractors, consultants, retailers, dealers, and distributors.
Ensuring customers are periodically updated on the latest software, catalogs, and information from Carrier wherever applicable (in coordination with the Application Engineering Team).
Continuous follow up and update for Pipeline projects.
Creating quotations in-line with the inquiry specifications and regular follow up.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in sales engineering, with a focus on RLC & VRF systems in UAE market.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex sales processes and achieving sales targets.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Valid Driving License.
This role is for Emirati candidates.
Additional Requirements:
Experience with high-profile projects in the UAE, particularly in Dubai.
Familiarity with local regulations and standards related to HVAC systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
