The Channel Sales Engineer is a key role reporting directly to the Sales Director of the MEA region, you will be based in Iraq and work as a team with the DX (RAC, PAC, VRF) portfolio to secure orders and achieve business objectives in collaboration with our authorized channel partner in Iraq. You will target to have our HVAC DX products specified by consultants, specifiers, contractors, and End-Users into their Vendor list and projects. Develop long-term relationships with consultants, developers, and end-users to promote the sales of DX products. Prepare and deliver high-quality product & technical presentations, live product demonstrations to consultants, developers, and end-user, and recommend viable solutions for their project requirements.

How You Will Do It
As a Channel Sales Engineer, you will use in-depth technical knowledge of HVAC DX products and facilitate the sales team, consultants, developers, and end-users on design and specifications. Liaise with R&D, Training, Product Management, and Technical Support resources to ensure that proposals and feature requests include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs, in line with JCH product strategies. A part of your job is to attend sales exhibitions, trade shows, conduct technical training and seminars for consultants to enhance their knowledge of our product portfolio and how it can be utilized to generating new sales leads, and other major accountabilities include:
