Roles & Responsibilities

ITIL – Incident / Problem / Change Management
SLA – P1 / P2 / P3 / P4
Experience on ITSM Tools
Working experience on Asset Management
Experience in Operating System installation and configuration
Ability to resolve issues related to Email / Teams / Outlook / Zoom
Handle troubleshooting queries
Handle Wi-Fi issues
Understanding of administration command prompt
Able to assist frustrated in-house employees facing computer issues
Hands-on experience with Windows / Linux / Mac OS environments
Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
