Sales Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in maintenance and fitout services including Civil, MEP, Interior Design, Glass Partitions, Home Renovation, Painting, and related works. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, market knowledge, and the ability to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities for maintenance and fitout services.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
3. Conduct site visits, understand client requirements, and provide tailored solutions.
4. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential clients.
5. Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and effective client management.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demands.
7. Coordinate with project and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of services.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in sales within the maintenance, fitout, or construction industry.
2. Strong network and market knowledge in Civil, MEP, Interior Design, and related services.
3. Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
