Job Description:

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the company’s growth and success by generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships within the sports and leisure infrastructure sector. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with consultants, landscape architects, contractors, and end-users to get the company's products specified and ensure a strong presence in key projects.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Spec Writers, Developers, Construction Managers, and General Contractors.
• Generating enquiries and driving specifications to increase orders for new projects.
• Identifying market trends, competitor activities, and project opportunities to ensure the company’s products are specified in the most profitable and strategic projects.
• Working closely with the business development and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Ensuring a continuous pipeline of opportunities through proactive market engagement.
• Collaborating with the marketing and technical teams to provide technical product support to clients and stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• A degree in Civil Engineering or Marketing. Engineering with MBA will be considered an advantage.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales within the building materials, interior design, or leisure infrastructure projects.
• Strong relationships with key stakeholders such as end users, architects, consultants, and contractors.
• Experience in dealing with private and public sector real estate developers and government institutions in the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of building materials and their applications within the sports and leisure infrastructure industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Prior experience working in the UAE market, with an established understanding of local industry dynamics.
