Job Description

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and tactics for closing complex sales, leveraging technical expertise to address client concerns.
• Provide post-sale technical support and training to ensure clients are successfully using the products and maximizing their benefits.
• Conduct thorough competitive analysis to understand industry trends and position the company's solutions effectively.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the engineering team to communicate feedback and requirements for product improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience in the technology, software, or engineering sectors, showcasing a deep understanding of product functionalities.
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Engineer (CSE) or technical certifications in the industry of specialization.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, with a strong foundation in both sales and technical concepts.
