We are Alpha Star Properties, a leading agency specializing in luxury real estate in the UAE and Russia. With 20 years of market experience, we partner with trusted developers and prioritize an individual approach to every client. We are currently looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Director to join our team and help us reach new heights.

Job Overview:

As a Sales Director at Alpha Star Properties, you will play a key role in leading our sales team, driving growth, and working with a diverse range of clients to contribute to the agency's success.

  • Work schedule: 5/2, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Build, lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Oversee the negotiation and closing of sales contracts, ensuring maximum profitability.
  • Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Participate proactively in recruiting and talent search.

Requirements:

  • Russian and English languages are must.
  • Experience in the real estate industry in UAE (minimum 5 years).
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a sales team.
