Sales Director - Real Estate
Job description
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets set by management.
- Define and implement short and long-term sales strategies.
- Analyze market data and prepare real estate reports for market demand, annual rent levels, historical data, and market comparisons.
- Develop sales forecasts through analysis of economics, market trends, legislation, and sales data.
- Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation affecting the UAE & GCC industrial real estate industry.
- Build and organize the sales team and coordinate sales event activities.
- Prepare sales budgets and maintain controls to assure compliance.
- Review sales data, expenses, advertising, and promotional expenses; analyze variances and initiate corrective actions as required.
