Sales Director - Dubai

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, brokers, and high-net-worth clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive expansion into new markets.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with branding and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with real estate regulations, company policies, and ethical sales practices.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the real estate development sector.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market, including off-plan sales, residential, and commercial property sales.
• 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans with a data-driven approach.
• Deep network within the real estate industry, including investors, agents, and developers.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
