Prism Consulting Group is a boutique executive search firm with offices in Dubai and Singapore.

We are hiring for one of our global MNC clients. They are one of the Largest Technology Consulting Organizations with a Middle East footprint of over 2 decades. Their services and solutions have a strong BFSI domain focus, present in 60+ countries with more than 800,000 employees globally.

They are looking for a Strong Sales profile with a passion for Business Development within Technology and Consulting clients, focusing on the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector across Middle East countries, based in Dubai.

Details

As a Sales Director, you are expected to identify, evaluate, and win business opportunities in Technology Sales within BFSI clients through Middle East countries, with a focus on UAE and KSA.

You will be responsible for creating visibility for our client and forging excellent working relationships with key stakeholders in the identified existing and new target clients.

You should be resourceful and bring the right attitude to the table.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue realization and order booking from BFS sector
  • Lead meetings/sessions with customers/prospects at different levels, including top and/or middle management
  • Relationship building with key stakeholders
  • Support pre-sales and development of proposals and ensure their consistency
  • Actively participate in the conceptual design of new ideas and the preparation of proposals for internal approval
  • Account planning (inclusive of forecasting) and Governance

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in selling complex IT services, including a minimum of 5 years in Middle East countries
  • Functional experience in the BFS vertical in particular
  • Deep understanding of the decision-making process in large banks (both Business and Technology sides)
  • Ideally well-networked at CXO levels in UAE and KSA
  • Ability to travel - 30-40%
