Job Title: Sales Director

JOB PURPOSE

The Executive Director of Sales will drive revenue growth by executing strategic sales initiatives and leading a high-performing sales team to ensure delivery of an exceptional client experience.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Develop and lead comprehensive sales strategies locally and internationally to achieve revenue goals.
  2. Provide strategic direction to the sales team, setting clear objectives, performance metrics, and goals to maximize team efficiency and results.
  3. Cultivate and maintain relationships with investors and industry influencers to expand the client base and enhance brand visibility.
  4. Lead by example in delivering exceptional client experiences, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to luxury and quality.
  5. Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive positioning, and pricing strategies.
  6. Utilize insights to develop tailored sales and marketing approaches that resonate with the luxury target audience.
  7. Implement systems where necessary and utilize data-driven insights to evaluate sales strategies, identify areas for improvement, and drive informed decision-making.
  8. Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development.
  9. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales department.
  10. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and finance, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  11. Effectively communicate market trends, client feedback, and sales insights to inform product development and refinement.
  12. Implement innovative tools and systems to streamline and enhance the sales process, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
  13. Represent the company at events, industry conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and build relationships.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  1. Executive leadership and strategic experience in a large sales-driven organization.
  2. In-depth understanding of the luxury real estate market, trends, and client preferences.
  3. Strong team-building experience and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  4. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and insights to develop long and short-term goals.
