Hays are currently partnered with a rapidly scaling financial brokerage who specializes in trading Commodities, Currencies, Stocks, ETFs & many other asset classes.

The global firm has recently opened up a UAE office & received their SCA licence. They are now looking to build the global sales team. This position will see you in a hands-on sales role while managing a small to mid-size but high-performing team.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in economics/finance or relevant field
2. 7-10+ years of experience in a similar role
3. Fluent in English (both oral and written)
4. Leadership and Communication Skills
