Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field along with several years of successful sales experience
Preferably a master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline with a proven track record of leading a sales team
In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques, strong leadership qualities, and effective multitasking skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and listening skills
Ability to forecast sales goals, develop strategic plans, and understand market trends
