Director of Sales

Basic Salary: 25 - 35,000 AED
OTE Commissions: 30 - 40,000 AED

Representing one of the leading property developers in the UAE.

Duties include:

1. Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans, and profit targets
2. Developing relationships with clients
3. Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets
4. Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs, and networking events
5. Maximising new business development opportunities
6. Overseeing a sales team

Industry: Real Estate / Property / Insurance / Timeshares

We are looking for presentable, polished candidates with many years of experience managing a team in insurance, real estate, or timeshares.

Candidates should have the ability to develop sales strategies and plans, as well as bring in new business and close deals.
