Sales Strategy Development

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  2. Align sales strategies with the company's goals and objectives, ensuring they support overall business direction.
  3. Continuously evaluate and adjust strategies based on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Team Leadership and Management

  1. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
  2. Provide coaching, training, and support to team members to improve performance and professional development.
  3. Set clear sales goals and monitor progress to ensure targets are met within deadlines.

Client Relationship Management

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and yacht brokers.
  2. Identify new business opportunities, cultivate leads, and convert them into long-term clients.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing tailored solutions.

Market Analysis and Expansion

  1. Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential areas for expansion.
  2. Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
  3. Explore opportunities to expand into new markets or customer segments, both regionally and internationally.

Sales Operations and Reporting

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department, ensuring smooth processes from lead generation to closing sales.
  2. Manage sales pipelines, track performance metrics, and provide regular updates to senior leadership on sales progress.
  3. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Negotiation and Deal Closing

  1. Lead negotiations with clients to secure high-value yacht sales, charters, and services.
  2. Ensure that deals are closed in a timely manner while maintaining company profitability.
  3. Ensure all contracts are aligned with company policies, terms, and legal requirements.

Collaboration with Other Departments

  1. Work closely with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer experience.
  2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted promotional campaigns, materials, and branding strategies.
  3. Coordinate with the after-sales department to ensure a seamless transition for clients, providing ongoing support and maintaining long-term satisfaction.

Event Management and Industry Representation

  1. Represent the company at industry events, yacht shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and attract potential clients.
  2. Organize or participate in events such as yacht exhibitions, private viewings, and promotional showcases to demonstrate the company’s offerings.

Customer Experience and Satisfaction

  1. Ensure a superior customer experience throughout the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sale support.
  2. Address and resolve any client concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner to maintain strong relationships.
  3. Gather client feedback and work with other departments to continuously improve products and services.

Financial Management and Budgeting

  1. Manage the sales department’s budget and resources effectively, ensuring costs are kept under control while maximizing revenue.
  2. Review pricing strategies, discount structures, and payment terms to maintain profitability.

Reporting and Performance Analysis

  1. Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
  2. Assess sales trends and adjust tactics to ensure that company objectives and targets are met.

Compliance and Industry Knowledge

  1. Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant laws, industry standards, and company policies.
  2. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and customer preferences to maintain a competitive advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
