Job Title: Sales Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our commercial efforts in the GCC/MENA Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic sales plans, and managing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the GCC/MENA Region.
2. Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure exceptional results.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including travel partners, designers, government officials, royalty, diplomatic entities, and luxury segment clients.
4. Develop and execute sales plans to penetrate new markets and segments, including UAE Travel Partners/Designers, Government, Royalty, Diplomatic, and the luxury segment.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage both Atlantis The Palm and Atlantis The Royal products, balancing business between the two properties and positioning them as one destination.
6. Establish and maintain consortia segment (Virtuoso network, American Express GDS bookings) for Atlantis Dubai, as appropriate.

Requirements:

1. Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in commercial leadership, planning, and strategy.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and business growth.
