We're looking for a Sales Director — someone who’s already a top closer, but is now ready to step into leadership, build a team of killers, and help take this firm to the very top.

YOUR MISSION

• Be the face and force of our Dubai sales division — and work side-by-side with the Director to shape the brand.
• Recruit and lead a dream team of 20+ high-performing brokers within your first year.
• Close big deals yourself while training your team to perform at the same level.
• Use your knowledge of Dubai’s real estate scene — developers, areas, systems, contracts — to drive high-volume success.

• 3+ years of real estate sales experience in Dubai (5+ preferred).
• Deep local knowledge of the market, the developers, the contracts, and the closing process.
• A leader who’s done the numbers and wants to help others do the same.

• Someone who’s hungry, coachable, ambitious, and obsessed with winning.
