Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  1. Shape and execute a dynamic sales strategy to accelerate growth across key GCC markets
  2. Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term, revenue-generating partnerships
  3. Drive cross-border collaboration within the GCC region, aligning commercial strategies across multiple markets to maximize synergies and efficiency
  4. Strengthen the company’s market position by engaging with influential decision-makers in government, real estate, and infrastructure sectors
  5. Oversee key negotiations and complex contract agreements, ensuring profitable and sustainable outcomes
  6. Lead regional sales operations, enhancing organizational structures and streamlining commercial processes
  7. Inspire and mentor a results-driven team, fostering a culture of performance and strategic ambition
  8. Represent the company at major industry events, positioning it as a preferred partner in large-scale projects
  9. Enhance digital sales processes and data-driven decision-making, leveraging market intelligence and technology to optimize sales performance and customer engagement
  10. Stay ahead of market developments, leveraging insights to refine business strategies and seize emerging opportunities

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:

  1. Degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related technical field
  2. Extensive leadership experience in sales, business development, or commercial management within the construction or infrastructure sector
  3. Proven ability to navigate the GCC market, with a deep understanding of industry regulations and key commercial drivers
  4. Exceptional commercial acumen, with a track record of securing and delivering high-value contracts
  5. Strategic mindset, capable of developing and executing impactful business expansion initiatives
  6. Outstanding negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at the highest levels
  7. Analytical and financial expertise, ensuring profitability and long-term growth
  8. Leadership experience in building and scaling high-performing sales teams in an international setting
  9. Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills in German or Arabic are an advantage
