To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
Degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related technical field
Extensive leadership experience in sales, business development, or commercial management within the construction or infrastructure sector
Proven ability to navigate the GCC market, with a deep understanding of industry regulations and key commercial drivers
Exceptional commercial acumen, with a track record of securing and delivering high-value contracts
Strategic mindset, capable of developing and executing impactful business expansion initiatives
Outstanding negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at the highest levels
Analytical and financial expertise, ensuring profitability and long-term growth
Leadership experience in building and scaling high-performing sales teams in an international setting
Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills in German or Arabic are an advantage
