As we launch our innovative service, we are seeking an accomplished Sales Director to lead our efforts in building strategic partnerships with car dealers across Dubai.

Job Summary:

The Sales Director will spearhead the development and execution of our sales strategy, targeting car dealerships in Dubai. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record in the automotive or SaaS sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, engaging, and enrolling car dealers onto our platform while driving revenue growth through commission-based incentives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and target potential car dealers in Dubai to introduce the Leaseacar SaaS solution.
  2. Develop and execute effective sales strategies and prospecting plans to build a robust pipeline of high-value leads.
  3. Design and implement a comprehensive sales plan aligned with the company’s launch objectives and growth targets.
  4. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective dealer engagement and conversion.
  5. Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with car dealers and key industry stakeholders.
  6. Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing queries and ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
  7. Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements that benefit both the dealer and Leaseacar.
  8. Collaborate with legal and operational teams to ensure all agreements meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
  9. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business strategy and product enhancements.
  10. Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market feedback to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

Experience:
A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in sales, with a significant portion in the automotive or SaaS industry.
Proven track record of successfully driving B2B sales and managing large accounts.

Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
High degree of business acumen and strategic thinking.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
