As we launch our innovative service, we are seeking an accomplished Sales Director to lead our efforts in building strategic partnerships with car dealers across Dubai.
The Sales Director will spearhead the development and execution of our sales strategy, targeting car dealerships in Dubai. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record in the automotive or SaaS sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, engaging, and enrolling car dealers onto our platform while driving revenue growth through commission-based incentives.
Experience:
A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in sales, with a significant portion in the automotive or SaaS industry.
Proven track record of successfully driving B2B sales and managing large accounts.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
High degree of business acumen and strategic thinking.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
