Sales Director – Abu Dhabi (Arabic Speaker)

We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead business growth in government and military sectors across the UAE. Based in Abu Dhabi, this role requires a strategic leader with deep industry expertise, strong relationships & proven contacts within government, defense, and security organizations

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for government and military accounts.
• Build and maintain high-level relationships with key stakeholders in defense and government agencies.
• Drive sales of AI operating systems, data platforms, and related solutions, covering data analytics, databases, data protection, and AI-driven applications.
• Manage complex sales cycles, government procurement processes, and large-scale contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure long-term partnerships

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience selling AI operating systems, data platforms, and related technologies to government and military organizations.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics, database solutions, data protection, and AI applications.
• Deep understanding of government procurement processes and defense sector requirements.
• Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
