We're searching for our next tenacious Sales Development Representative to join our fast-growing team in Dubai, working from our downtown office (Full Burj Khalifa View). This role offers you the chance to accelerate your career, gain valuable experience, and increase your earnings based on your performance.
Our mission: To help businesses worldwide expand in EMEA and North America by delivering qualified, high-quality sales opportunities. We handle prospecting, qualifying, and relationship-building on behalf of our clients, setting them up for success across multiple industries and territories.
What You'll Do:
- Market Research: Understand our clients' markets and industries in detail.
- Outreach: Prospect via cold calling, LinkedIn, and email.
- Lead Qualification: Assess leads for our clients based on BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing).
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between our clients and potential customers.
- Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular contact by phone and email.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 1+ year in business development, sales, recruitment, or lead generation (comfortable on the phone and enjoy outbound sales).
- Regional Knowledge: 1+ year of experience living in Dubai or the Middle East.
- Growth Mindset: Hungry to learn, grow, and earn more.
- Motivated and Engaged: Willing to develop new skills and approaches.
- Strong Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Relationship-Building Skills: Able to connect with people quickly and earn their trust.
