Job description
Affiliate Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison for our marketing affiliates, overseeing daily communications, addressing inquiries, and aligning their objectives with ours.
Sales & Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to prepare campaign materials, proposals, and agreements, ensuring affiliates have the resources needed for successful campaigns.
Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Track and evaluate affiliate performance metrics, generating insights and making data-informed adjustments to enhance results.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, professional partnerships with affiliates, focusing on sustaining long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
Process Optimization: Work cross-functionally to refine workflows, streamline communication, and improve the affiliate management process.
Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on affiliate performance, identifying both challenges and opportunities to inform strategic planning.
The Profile
Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales coordination, affiliate management, or a related role in sales or marketing.
Language Skills: Native-level Vietnamese proficiency and strong English communication skills.
Analytical Abilities: Skilled in data analysis and performance tracking, with a results-oriented approach to translating data into actionable strategies.
Project Management Skills: Proficient in managing multiple affiliates and projects simultaneously, with excellent organizational skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communicator and relationship-builder, with the ability to work independently and within teams.
