We have a great opportunity for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing team. The successful applicant will have a strong track record in sales and preferable experience in the hospitality industry/luxury customer service.

What will you do?

• To ensure smooth administration of Sales & Marketing Department to the standard required by the Hotel.
• To coordinate all internal and external correspondence, incoming e-mail, and other assigned administrative duties.
• To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service always.
• To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel.
• To ensure that all sales contracts follow the established Hotel Policies and Procedures.
• To ensure that an efficient and accurate filing system, both manual as well as electronically, is always maintained.
• Keeping up to date the hotel event systems with all information related to the lead.
