Job Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and inquiries.
- Provide information internal and external if necessary within custody limit.
- Screen visitors, phone calls, deliveries, and letters; respectfully attend to and assist the needs of visitors, clients, and colleagues.
- Maintain timely follow-up to ensure all sales requirements and requests are met and updated.
- Follow up with Sales on the routing plan to provide support on time.
- Oversee and control issuance of all records, manuals, and other confidential documents of the department.
- Draft memos for operations procedures and external communications.
- Assist employees with all requisition forms needed.
- Responsible for sales coordination.
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Create quotations for clients, assisting all sales representatives and clients.
- Process sales orders and create proformas.
- Produce lists/information/data as required.
- Data entry (sales figures, listings, and monitoring).
- Monitor all quotations.
- Responsible for all business inquiries and new customer information.
- Assist all client inquiries and complaints.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in sales coordination or administrative support, demonstrating an understanding of sales processes.
