Our client, a Dubai based logistics solution provider specializing in integrated carrier services, offering bespoke solutions for your shipping requirements, is urgently recruiting a Sales Coordinator for Balikbayan Box Cargo. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and proactive to support our Balikbayan Box cargo operations. The candidate will play a critical role in managing sales processes, coordinating customer service, and ensuring the smooth handling of cargo shipments. In addition, the ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of the logistics and cargo industry.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support: Assist the sales team in managing inquiries, preparing quotes, and processing orders for Balikbayan Box cargo.
Customer Coordination: Act as a liaison between clients and the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of cargo.
Documentation Management: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to shipments, including bills of lading, customs paperwork, and inventory reports.
Order Tracking: Monitor and track cargo shipments, providing regular updates to clients and resolving any issues or delays.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or special requirements promptly.
Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports, performance metrics, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement and achieve sales targets.
Process Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Coordination with Other Departments: Collaborate with warehousing, transportation, and customs teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and support strategic planning.
