The Sales Coordinator supports and enables the coordination and management of information on behalf of the Sales and Ticketing Unit.
Leads and oversees the administrative activities for the Sales and Ticketing Unit through the provision of support services to carry out processes and tasks as defined by Sales Manager.
First point of contact to the Sales Manager for both internal and external requests.
Assesses key priorities and requests in order to provide the Sales Manager with a concise overview of the unit activities.
Implements directives from Sales Managers on all relevant activities.
Manages complex calendars and schedules for the Sales and Ticketing Unit activities.
Spearheads special projects and provides assistance to other departments, as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Coordinates and prepares required departmental reports and analysis, as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Records and documents meetings, discussions, and other correspondence relating to the department's initiatives and projects and consolidates reporting for Sales Manager's update and review.
Coordinates the missions, KPIs/Objectives, and trainings throughout the department, as and when required.
Coordinates activities, reports, and projects within both the Sales and Ticketing Units.
Responsible for specific cross-department tasks including planning and recording department meetings.
Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies relevant to their specific market.
Experience & Qualifications:
3 - 5 years post-graduate experience in Office Administration.
