Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator (Beginner Level). This role presents an exciting opportunity to work in an international sales environment and grow within a dynamic organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in following up on day-to-day sales orders and collections.
- Maintain meticulous records of sales transactions and customer communications.
- Collaborate closely with the support teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any customer inquiries or issues.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for management review.
- Coordinate with the finance department to track and reconcile sales payments.
- Proactively follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize sales opportunities.
- Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and expanding market reach.
- Participate in International Trade Shows/Exhibitions and assist in maximizing sales leads.
- Make sales calls to discuss business opportunities, including blind calls and visits.
Requirements:
- Graduate with a Bachelor's degree or smart undergraduates with a minimum of 1 year experience.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Enthusiastic, ambitious and eager to learn and grow in an international sales environment.
- Ability to stay connected on WhatsApp and available for coordination on call after office hours.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Proficiency in Excel is required.
- Must be currently residing within the UAE.
- Residing close to JLT, Dubai is preferred.
Salary: AED 3,500 - 4,000 per month.
Quarterly sales commissions.
