Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills as well as a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the sales team in managing and organizing their daily activities
  2. Prepare and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and presentations
  3. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide them with product information
  4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients
  5. Maintain accurate records of sales data and customer information in the company's database
  6. Follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and promote repeat business
  7. Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to meet company goals
  8. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
  10. Attend sales meetings and provide updates on sales activities and progress
  11. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  2. Proven work experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Strong organizational and time-management skills
  5. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
  8. Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  9. Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  10. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus
