Everstyle Trading LLC, a leading supplier of hospitality products, is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team at our head office in Sharjah. We specialize in high-quality tableware and operating supplies for the hospitality industry, providing premium products to hotels and restaurants across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and generating new business opportunities.
• Prepare and process customer orders and quotations, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Provide customer support, resolving inquiries and issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and maximize revenue.
• Manage the inventory and stock levels of hospitality products.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator in a similar industry, ideally in hospitality products such as tableware and operating supplies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and reporting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry and products used in hotels and restaurants is essential.
• Fluency in English
