Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving their goals. The Sales Coordinator will assist in managing various aspects of the sales process, from order processing to customer communication. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in handling customer inquiries, credit applications, orders, and quotations.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and customer databases.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product information.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Follow up on sales leads and inquiries to ensure timely and accurate responses.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Help maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels and monitoring product availability.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues, working to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Generate and maintain various sales-related documentation.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide better customer support.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented and able to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP software is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or business administration is a plus.
